Mc Gee

Hi Larry and Kathy, Mikey is doing great. I'm so glad he adopted me. We've been walking everyday and this helps us both sleep very well. He did escape his crate but that's because I didn't lock it correctly. He's very smart and so incredibly loving. I can't stop him from kissing me all the time. I did send you a photo of him in his new leather jacket (told you I'd find one!!) . Thanks again for the most life changing experience of my life. Wrinkles

Wrinkles is a very happy boy, he just celebrated his 7th birthday that included a day at pet smart getting all pampered. And had some doggy cupcakes to celebrate his special day. He also just went to the vet a few weeks ago and he has lost another 2 pounds. He also has a new pug sister that he enjoys being with and they are getting along wonderfully. I love my Wrinkles! Stanley

It was one year ago when we first brought Stanlee (Stanny, as he is known to our family) home from Pug Luv. He just celebrated his birthday with us last week. He is the central part of our lives now and we can’t imagine how we ever got along without him. He has been happy and loving from day one and never had any trouble adjusting. We have taught him how to wait, shake, and give kisses on command. He also knows “stay” and “come” but has difficulty doing those when he is distracted, which is most of the time. J He has so many stuffed toys now that we keep having to upgrade to a bigger toy box and he plays with all of them. Many of them are monkey as they are his favorite. One of his favorite things to do is pile several toys up on the couch to snuggle with him. I think we’ve counted as many as 12 toys on the couch at one time! He loves playing outside in the sun and going for walks as long as they are not too long. (When the walk is too long, he lets us know he’s tired by dramatically collapsing on his stomach without warning.) He also loves going “bye bye,” which is anywhere we go in the car. He immediately jumps up and goes to the door excitedly when he hears the word “bye bye.” He’s recently discovered the joy of going to Dairy Queen and getting a spoon of ice cream fed to him by the person working the drive-through just for looking so cute so this is one of his favorite outings. One thing he is not a fan of is wearing clothes, but we put him in them sometimes anyway. He looks too adorable in them not to, as you can tell from his picture. J We love our Stanny pug so much and are so grateful to Pug Luv for giving us the opportunity to bring him into our lives! Thanks, Mindy

Deuce

Hi Sharlene, have these pics on my phone but don't have email hooked up. If you could let Larry and Kathy know how well both Mickey and Deuce are doing! Both met our vet team, they love them too for their well check. Got these yeast wipes for Deuces nose fold and got Rx for his ears and Mickey will go back next week for his heartworm check. They have just fit into our lives like they have always been here, it's so weird. They seem to really enjoy their life here, they love going outside on our property for walks, walks @ @ Oak Openings Metropark nearby too. They have adjusted to their bedtime routine and sleep on their ortho beds w/ us in our room @ night, we all get up @ 4:30-5:00 am every am and are up and rearing to go every am. A couple weeks ago they both got their 1st bath @ PetSmart down here, my volunteer who helps me @ the zoo baths and grooms dogs there and she did a fabulous job w/ them. She said Both did well but that Deuce stood there and wagged his tail the whole time. We are so happy Deuce and Mickey are a part of our family! Your pug friend, Robin !
