Gunther came to "Pug Luv" from an animal shelter in northern Michigan where he was surrendered because he needed FHO surgery as a result of an injury and the owner could not afford it. He is 5 months old, loves to give kisses and be cuddled. He is crate trained, has been brought up to date on Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella, heartworm, blood and fecal testing, microchipped and has been neutered and had successful FHO surgery. Update 2/5/15: He will be reevaluated after the MSU Veterinarians have reviewed his x-rays. His liver function test came back clear. Once he has been re-evaluated it will be determined when he will be available for adoption. He will need to be on Glyco Flex II for the rest of his life. If you are interested in adopting Gunther once his medical procedures are completed, go to michiganpugrescue.com and download, print, complete and mail in the Adoption Application found under the adopt page. Please consider making a donation to assist with the medical costs that have exceeded $1,500 to date. The Appication process for Gunther has closed
