At this time of year when we are giving thanks for what we have. No matter how much or how little we all should be thankful. Apparently someone did not feel that way when they allowed this beautiful little girl to get away from her home (or she was just put out) and the Animal Control Officer picked her up in western Michigan. She was taken to the shelter where nobody even called looking for her. The shelter has limited space and her time was up. A volunteer from the shelter offered to meet us part way if we would be willing to take her in, provide whatever care she is in need of and find her a furever home. Can you resist this face? She estimated to be 8-10 years old and sweet, loving and energetic. She was treated for an upper respiratory infection, had two skin tags removed, her teeth cleaned, two extractions, was brought up to date on Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella, Heartworm, fecal and had a full blood panel done and was microchipped. Frannie has a collapsing trachea which as a result she has a cough at times. There is no treatment reqired. She likes to cuddle and is good with other dogs. Why not adopt her and she will give thanks to you and I am sure you will be thankful to her for coming into your life.
