Spencer was an owner surrender. The family that had been caring for him felt they were unable to provide the time, love and attention needed by a puppy that is 10 months old. He is neutered, vaccinated for Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella, fecal, blood and heartworm tested. He is potty trained for the most part but does need encouragement. He is very shy and takes time to warm up to people.
